Details

The Golden Visa is a Citizenship by Investment visa in Portugal. Portuguese, EU and EEE nationals are not eligible for the ARI / Golden Visa scheme. It can be obtained by fitting the following criteria:

-Investment in real estate (500K EUR in high-density areas of Portugal, and 350K EUR in low-density areas)
-Capital Investment in the sciences equal to or above 350k EUR
-Capital Investment in the arts equal to or above 250k EUR-Capital Investment in a company (1M EUR)
-The creation of a minimum of 10 job positions
-Capital transfer of 350K EUR as investment funds or venture funds in the capitalization of a company
-Capital transfer of 350k EUR into a commercial company, with HQ in Portugal, and the creation of 5 permanent jobs.
