Digital Nomad Visa and Residence Permit

The Brazilian government released CNIG Resolution No. 45, which outlines a new residency permit modality, on January 24, 2022 in an effort to respond to changing workplace patterns. This is the scenario in which migrants who seek to live in Brazil labor remotely for international businesses. Those that do this are referred to as "digital nomads," or those who reside abroad.
