3. Have a valid passport 
4. Provide health insurance proof which lasts for one year and is valid in Croatia
5. Have sufficient funds to finance your living in Croatia which is around $2500 USD
6. Provide a certificate that you do not have any kind of criminal charges or that you are not a threat to Croatian society
7. Pay an administrative fee or approximately $130 USD
8. All foreign documents must be translated and certified
