Expert Terms of Service

This agreement is between Visadb.io Inc registered C-Corporation in Delaware, United States with business registered address 1114 Fieldstone Ln, Bartlett, IL 60103, EIN number 371915419 (the “Visadb”) and you (the “Expert”).

Introduction/Definitions

This Expert Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Expert"), and VisaDB.io ("VisaDB", "we", "us", or "our"). The terms of this Agreement govern the Expert’s use of the VisaDB platform to offer services to Users.

If you are using the Visadb Platform as a registered Expert on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to the Terms and by accepting them, you are doing so on behalf of that entity (and all references to "you" in the Terms refer to that entity). They are incorporated into every separate Service Agreement between the Expert and a User.

Service Description

VisaDB is an online platform that enables Experts to list their services and Users to browse and contact Experts for those services. As an Expert, you may list your services, respond to inquiries from Users, and enter into service agreements directly with Users. We do not provide the services directly and are not responsible for any transactions between the Users and you. You are not our employees or agents, but are independent entities.

The Experts’ Services include but are not limited to cross-border immigration, visa acquisition, notary services, taxation services, company formation, relocation services, real estate and/or rental services, financial and bookkeeping services, travel planning, and professional experience programs.

Please note that all these services must comply with local, state, and federal laws, and must not involve activities or industries that are deemed illegal or are heavily regulated (such as investment advisory services, human trafficking, gambling, trade in endangered species, etc.).

These Terms do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or other agreement of a similar nature and do not constitute a company or other organization within the meaning of applicable law.

Expert Obligations

• You must respond to user inquiries within 24-48 hours of receipt in a high quality and industry standards. Repeated failure to meet this requirement may lead to account suspension or termination.
• You must maintain the accuracy and currency of your listing on our platform, including the services you offer and their corresponding prices.
• All services and content associated with your listing must be legal and truthful. Providing misleading or false information may result in account suspension or termination. You have three business days to make any necessary changes, and Visadb.io cannot be held liable for any misinformation that occurred from lack of action.
• You commit to maintaining price integrity, meaning you will not charge more for your services through our platform than you do outside of it.
• The price listed on our platform must match the price charged to the client, and you must fulfill refund policies listed on the platform by you. Visadb not liable for any refunds.
• You agree to sign necessary paperwork and contracts directly with the user, outlining the details of your services, payment terms, and refund policies. visadb.io is not responsible for the enforcement or breaches of these contracts.
• By listing your services on visadb.io, you agree to these obligations and understand that failure to adhere to them may impact your standing on our platform.

Fees and Payments

• Visadb.io charges an agreed service fee for each referral/lead facilitated through the platform. In the event of a property rental or purchase, a separate commission rate may be agreed upon.
• Experts are obligated to provide visadb.io a monthly report, by the end of each month, detailing the total number of leads whether the contact originated from the platform or associated to our visadb.io marketing efforts such as but not limited to blog entries, media features, Facebook groups (including Digital Nomads Around the World), visadb.io network, visadb.io social media channels, etc.
• Fees based on these leads should be paid within 30 days from the end of the reporting month.
• It is the Expert’s responsibility to run the necessary surveys to qualify whether leads arrived from visadb.io or Digital Nomads Around the World. Failure to report such transactions may result in penalties or termination of your account.
• Visadb can claim up to $10,000 USD for any unfair and attempt to avoid Visadb Technology Service Fee without notifying visadb. This is just to make sure we all practice and respect good business practices.

Intellectual Property

Any content you post on VisaDB remains your property. However, by posting content, you grant VisaDB a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.

Confidentiality

As an Expert, you may have access to the confidential information of Users. You agree to keep such information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of providing your services.

Legal Compliance and Listing Accuracy

Experts must ensure their services and content are lawful and accurate, meeting all relevant regulations. Regular updates to listings for accuracy are mandatory.

By using visadb.io, you consent to join our newsletter list and email updates and notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time following the instructions in our emails.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and an Expert must be resolved directly between you and the User.

Termination

VisaDB reserves the right to terminate your listing or account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or providing low-quality services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visadb.io from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, or fees resulting from your services or breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visadb.io is located, Delaware, the United States.
