Visa application form, completed and signed and its copy.

Copies of valid passport (like the bio page, past visas, etc), with validity for at least a year.

Extract from the criminal record (certificate of good conduct). 

Your business plan or a summary with a maximum of 20 pages.

You must go to an enterprise counter once you have received your professional card, in order to obtain your enterprise number and register with the Enterprise Crossroads Bank.

Have relevance of your project to the prosperity of the Brussels-Capital Region.

Possess basic management knowledge and in certain cases the necessary professional knowledge to meet the access requirements for the intended professional activities.

Have a valid right of residence in Belgium or in the country where you applied for your professional card.

Belgium visa application form. Fully completed, printed and signed at the end.

2 identical photos. The photographs should be no older than 3 months and taken according to the Belgium visa photograph requirements & specifications.

Your passport most be valid for at least 3 months beyond the date you exit Belgium and not older than 10 years.

Copies of your previous visas (if applicable).

Language Preference Form (French, German or Dutch). On the other hand, if you choose to complete the application in English, please choose “no preference”.

A cover letter with an explanation of the purpose of the visit and additional details of your trip.

Travel insurance for Belgium and the whole territory of Schengen, with a minimum of 30,000 EUR (33.878 USD) coverage for medical emergencies, and repatriation in case of death.

A valid passport or travel document that most be valid for at least 3 more months beyond the date you plan to leave Belgium (and the Schengen Zone), issued within the last 10 years.

A visa – if you are subject to the Belgian visa regime.
