Passport and a copy of passport photo/biodata page, visa, and recent arrival stamp.

Payment of PNBP rates for second home visas can be made outside the territory of Indonesia through the PNBP payment portal if available

Proof of Fund in the form of an account owned by a foreigner or Guarantor of at least 127,988.20 USD.

Carry out economical activity in Indonesia such as investment or work.

Legality of the company sponsor in Indonesia.

Photocopy of the company’s deed of establishment.

Photocopy of deed of legalization by the Department of Law & Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.

Photocopy of Tax Payer Registration Number/NPWP.

Photocopy of domicile certification from kelurahan/head of country.

Photocopy of business permit certificate/SIUP.

Photocopy of company’s registration certificate/TDP.

Photocopy of KTP (Indonesian Resident Identity Card)/KITAS of the director.

2 pages of blank papers with the company’s letterhead; (for application letters).

Applicant investment must be approved by Indonesian man power industry.

Applicant must be sponsored by a legal company in Indonesia.

Applicant must have a valid travel document.

Applicant must have tertiary education or relevant education.
