You must possess at least 3 years of entrepreneurial and business track record and must produce audited financial statements of your company for the last 3 years.

The financial statements must be audited by an accredited audit firm.

You should submit the financial statements of your company with the highest turnover (must be at least S$50 million in the year immediately preceding your application, and at least S$50 million per annum on average for the three years immediately preceding your application).

If your company is privately-held, you should have at least 30% shareholding in the company.

In case of Option A investment, you must have a detailed business plan and fulfill the third year milestones outlined in your business plan.

You need to provide company’s latest business profile or instant information registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)

Copies of job offer letter from an employer 

You need a passport/travel document valid for at least 6 months

You need a job offer from an employer in Singapore

You must possess the required skill/experience demanded by the job offered

You need sufficient funds to cover your stay

You should be of good character and health
