Proof of significant contribution to the development of Seychelles.

Proof of studies and employment for at least 2 years on Gainful Occupation Permit.

You are married to a citizen of Seychelles for at least 5 years or more.

Or, you posses extraordinary ability in Science, Arts, Education, Economics, Business, Law or Sports.

Or, you hold hold a University Degree at Doctorate, Masters and Bachelor's in areas likely to significantly contribute to the development of the country.

Or, you have made significant contribution to the development of Seychelles

or, You are Non-Seychellois Student, and have lived for a period of at least five years level of secondary in Seychelles, and graduated from a University and being employed for at least 2 years on Gainful Occupation Permit

Or, you are an investor who have invested an equivalent in Seychelles Rupees of not less than US$1 million and have been a legal resident in Seychelles for a period of not less 1 year.

Or, you are an investor who have invested of an equivalent of not less than US$1 million and has had business association/affiliation with Seychelles for a period of not less than 5 years.

Police character certificate including for those persons to be endorsed on permit.

1 full face passport size photograph of applicant and persons to be endorsed on the permit.

You must have sufficient funds to suffice the stay in Seychelles.

You must have clean criminal record and health status.

You must have legal residency for at least a year in Seychelles.

You must have minimum 1 year valid latest passport.

Variation application to be completed fully and submit to Immigration Office

Approval letter from the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Development; (Where applicable)

Certificate of entitlement from the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Development

Establishment list in the case of Quota entitlement. (List should not be older than one month)

Medical fitness certificate; (renewable every two years) 

Detailed Job description if applying for variation of post title; 

Copy of valid License; (Where applicable) 

Processing fee (nonrefundable) of Sr. 1,000/- per application + permit fees for the whole duration for which the permit is being sought @ Sr. 500/- per month. (ALL); Note so submit original certificates

 On approval of the permit the followings will be required within one month of approval of application:

A security Bond/Bank guarantee from a Seychelles Bank will be required. The amount will  depend on the nationality or country of residence of the employee

A contract of employment attested by the Employment Department

You need a passport valid for for the period of the intended stay until arrival back in holder’s country of origin / residence

You need approval from Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Development

You need an job offer from an employer in Seychelles (For Employee )
