  Our service concludes upon receiving a final decision from Colombian authorities, which may be approval or denial.
  In cases of incomplete documentation or other issues, we continue providing services until a final decision is reached.
  
  Additional Documents:
  Promptly provide any additional documents requested by Colombian authorities, such as apostilled or translated documents, for a better outcome.
  Obtaining apostille, translation, and any additional required documents is the client's responsibility and should be done when requested.

  Colombian Authorities must reach a
  decision withing 30 calendar days after application submission. Where Colombian
  Immigration authorities request further supporting documentation the decision can
  take an extra 10 business days from the date of submission of the requested
  documentation.
  Upon approval of the Digital Nomad visa, Colombian Immigration authorities will
  issue an e-Visa to the applicant via email within 10 business days of confirmation of
  their decision.
