  Before proceeding with our services, please read and understand our refund policy:
  
  Service Fees:
  
  All service fees are non-refundable once work begins. Fees cover legal analysis, document preparation, application strategy, and professional time regardless of outcome.
  
  Government Fees:
  
  Colombian government fees ($55 for review + $255 for approval) are non-refundable as they are paid directly to Colombian authorities.
  
  Visa Outcome:
  
  We cannot guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests solely with Colombian immigration authorities and cannot be appealed. No refunds are provided if your application is denied.
  
  Service Completion:
  
  Our service concludes when Colombian authorities issue their final decision (approval or denial). In cases where authorities request additional documentation, we continue providing guidance until a final decision is reached.
  
  Client Responsibilities:
  
  You must promptly provide all requested documents. If you fail to provide required documentation within reasonable timeframes, we reserve the right to consider the service complete without refund.
  
  Additional Documents:
  
  Obtaining apostilles, translations, and other supporting documents is your responsibility. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee document availability or processing times.

  olombian authorities must reach a decision within 30 calendar days after application submission. If Colombian immigration authorities request further supporting documentation, the decision can take an extra 10 business days from the date of submission of the requested documentation. Upon approval of the Digital Nomad visa, Colombian immigration authorities will issue an e-Visa to the applicant via email within 10 business days of confirmation of their decision.
