Terms and Conditions – Visa Application Services
Service Fees
All service fees for visa application assistance are non-refundable.
Fees cover legal consultation, document preparation, application review, submission guidance, and administrative costs.
Government Fees
Colombian government fees (currently $55 USD + $255 USD) are non-refundable, as they are imposed directly by Colombian authorities and beyond our control.
Visa Outcomes
We cannot guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests solely with Colombian immigration authorities.
Visa decisions cannot be appealed through official channels.
No refunds are provided for service fees or government fees if your application is denied.
Our role is to maximise your chances of approval through expert preparation and strategic positioning.
Service Timeline & Completion
After payment is received, clients must provide all required documents within 3 months.
If the requested documents are not provided within this timeframe, the service will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
To restart the process after expiry, a new service agreement and full payment will be required.
Where documents are submitted on time, Henao Legal will continue providing guidance until Colombian authorities issue a final decision (approval or denial).
If authorities request additional documentation, clients must provide it within the timeframe specified by immigration.
Client Responsibilities
Provide all required documents promptly and in the requested format.
Obtain apostilles, official translations, or other certifications when required.
Respond to requests for information or clarification in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted.
Acknowledgement
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Colombian authorities must reach a decision within 30 calendar days after application submission. If Colombian immigration authorities request further supporting documentation, the decision can take an extra 10 business days from the date of submission of the requested documentation. Upon approval of the Digital Nomad visa, Colombian immigration authorities will issue an e-Visa to the applicant via email within 10 business days of confirmation of their decision.
