Frequently Asked Questions

Users ask this questions about this service.

  • Consultation calls can be rescheduled but will not be refunded unless agreed.
All governments do not refund any application fees, so these are not refundable.
Ask your Expert about their full refund policy.

  • If you hold a D7 Visa, you can apply for a residence permit in Portugal that entitles you to various rights as a resident. These rights include access to education and schooling, the ability to work as an employee or self-employed professional, career guidance and vocational training, and access to the law and the courts. By obtaining a residence permit, D7 Visa holders can enjoy the same privileges and opportunities as any other resident in Portugal.

  • The holder of a D7 residence permit, to be able to renew it, should stay in Portugal for 6 consecutive months or 8 non-consecutive months.

  • We'll be with you for the whole process and your payment depends on your success so the payment breakdown is 40% to start (signing the contract), 20% when you get the Visa and the remaining 40% when you get the residence permit.
