Which documents do I need to apply for the Pass for Experienced Tech Entrepreneur?

15 Document Required

  • Business pitch desk: information that describes your proposed business idea, market opportunity and plans in securing funding.
  • Financial track record: 3 months personal bank statement (minimum amount of RM50,000 but not limited to Malaysian banks) and proof of business performance
  • Certificate of good conduct: a document issued from the embassy or enforcement agency that states of no criminal record of an applicant in their residing country.
  • Sponsor: declaration form from a Malaysian sponsor or individual.
  • Copy of Malaysian sponsor identification card.
  • Latest resume.
  • Copy of highest educational certificate (if applicable).
  • No objection letter from current employer in Malaysia with valid employment pass (if applicable).
  • Passport all pages with minimum of 6 empty pages.
  • Intellectual property support document (if applicable).
  • Research collaboration supporting document/agreement (if applicable).
  • Research collaboration supporting document/agreement (if applicable).
  • Testimonial / Letter of Award / MoU (if applicable).
  • Existing company incorporation forms with information on shareholders, business activities.
  • Latest certified true copy of existing company's past fianancial audited report/management account (year to date).
