This is an incredible opportunity for remote workers but also for students that work remotely and have the chance to deliver their projects from abroad.


How long does it take to obtain the Bahamas Digital Nomad Visa?

Approval may take up to 5 days, after which the applicant receives a payment email. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation QR code that will be displayed when you enter the Bahamas. That is all.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Bahamas Digital Nomad Visa ?

5 Document Required

  • A valid passport.
  • Proof of medical insurance for the applicant and dependents valid in all the 16 islands of the Bahamas for the during of their stay.
  • If your intention is to work remotely, you need to attach a job letter from current employer or proof of self-employment.
  • If your intention is to study remotely, you need to provide evidence of enrollment in an accredited learning institution as well as proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses and return travel expense. You can show funds for living expenses through parent's bank statements.
