  • If you apply with your family, you need to show an additional of $1000USD per dependent.
  • Have an income of more than $3000USD monthly.

Document Requirements for the Costa Rica Digital Nomad Visa

5 Document Required

  • Note: All documents must be translated to Spanish and notarized
  • Full online form completed. You need the following information: Nationality, Passport ID Number or DIMEX or Cédula, Full name, gender, Birth place, Birth date, Civil status, Full address, Phone Number, Alternative email address.
  • Payment of the visa fees (another payment is to be done when receiving the residence card)
  • Bank statements showing more than $3000USD monthly income.
  • Health Insurance policy covering the main applicant and all dependents during their stay in Costa Rica
