Who can apply for the Destination Thailand Visa?

Remote Workers, digital nomads, and freelancers can apply for the new Destination Thailand Visa to stay in the country for 180 days. You can also apply if you are taking Muay Thai courses, Thai cooking classes, sports training, medical treatment, seminars, music festivals, etc, or if you are the spouse or dependent children of a DTV holder.


How long is the Destination Thailand Visa and what is the cost?

This permit for Thailand has a 5-year multi-entry validity and a visa fee of 10,000 BAHT or $270 US dollars.


Who is exempt from a Thai visa if visiting for less than 60 days?

Reminder: If you are a citizen of the following countries, you are exempt from a visa if you are staying in Thailand for tourism or short-business engagements for less than 60 days:
