The "Remotely from Georgia" PERMIT allows anyone who qualifies under the general conditions of the permit and who is from one of the 95 countries that would normally qualify for the 365-day visa waiver, to enter the Republic of Georgia to live and work.

This Program benefits entrepreneurs, business owners, and distance-work employees with the allowance from their employers, as well as freelancers, or creative groups.

Citizens of all countries, traveling by land from any country may enter Georgia if they present the document confirming the full course of any COVID-19 vaccination and negative PCR test results.
Citizens of all countries, traveling by air from any country may enter Georgia if they present the document confirming the full course of any COVID-19 vaccination.

Non-vaccinated visitors, who are nationals or residents of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, the U.S., the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Turkey, Qatar, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Canada, Japan, Kuwait, China, South Korea, Moldova, Oman, Republic of San Marino, Principality of Monaco, Republic of Serbia, Republic of Iceland, Principality of Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Principality of Andorra, Republic of Albania, Republic of North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina will not need to self-isolate. Upon entry to Georgia, including through transit, they will have to provide a negative PCR test was taken within 72 hours (96 hours for visitors traveling from the U.S) before their arrival and undergo a second PCR test at their own expense, on the third day of arrival in Georgia.

Children under 10 years old are exempted from PCR test requirements to enter Georgia and on the third day after arrival.

All individuals who have traveled to the Republic of India within the last 14 days will be placed in mandatory quarantine for 14 days upon entry. In this case, PCR-examination on the 3rd day of their stay will be waived. Also, at the border checkpoint of Georgia, they must present a PCR-examination certificate conducted 72 hours prior to travel to Georgia.
