If you are a foreigner and have NZ $10 million ( 6,731,700 USD approx.) to invest in New Zealand over a 3-year period, you can apply for New Zealand residence.

Application Process:

  • Fill in your application form and send it to New Zealand Immigration Center with your supporting evidence, application fee, and immigration levy
  • Get approval for transfer of funds
  • Transfer funds and make your investment within 12-months period of the approval
  • Get the resident visa and travel to New Zealand with your dependents
  • If you meet all the conditions at the end of your three-year investment, then be eligible for a permanent residency in New Zealand

  • You must meet all the criteria till the end of the 3-year investment plan, to be eligible for a permanent residency.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Investor Resident Visa - 10M?

8 Document Required

  • 2 passport size photos.
  • Copy of passport and birth certificate. Marriage certificate and child certificate to be provided (if applicable).
  • Police clearance certificates.
  • Chest x-ray and medical examination results.
  • Documents providing evidence of your nominated investment, like bank statements, property evaluation, title deeds, etc. (as applicable).
  • Evidence from a trusted professional like a chartered accountant or solicitor showing that your 10 million NZD is an accepted investment. Know more by checking the link.
