Seychelles Immigrant Investor Permit

Foreign citizens who have the Gainful Occupation Permit (GOP) can be part of the following investor program types:

Type 1: Non-Seychellois who have invested an equivalent in Seychelles Rupees of not less than US$1 million and have been a legal resident in Seychelles for a period of not less than 1 year.

Type 2: Non-Seychellois who have invested of an equivalent of not less than US$ 1 million and has had business association/affiliation with Seychelles for a period of not less than 5 years.

Application Process:

1. Enter Seychelles visa free.

2. Get visitor permit at Seychelles.

3. Apply for the Gainful Occupation Permit (GOP) for legal residency and setting up a business.

4. After a year, apply for the investor programs available.

5. Avail your permanent residency.

Note: (A) The Permanent residence permit holder shall be entitled to the following: (i) Gainful occupation without the need of GOP (ii) 50% sanction fee for the acquisition of immovable property; iii) Minor children of the permit holder may be endorsed on permit until they reach the age of 18 years after which they will need to apply for another relevant permit; (B) Permanent Residence permit holders are not entitled to free Health care benefit.
