You can apply for Seychelles Permanent Residence Permit, If you are married to a citizen of Seychelles, Priority Worker , Non-Seychellois Students or Investor who meet following conditions:

You are married to a citizen of Seychelles for at least five years or more, your marriage is still subsisting and you have resided in Seychelles as a legal resident for an aggregate period of not less than 5 years.
possess extraordinary ability in Science, Arts, Education, Economics, Business, Law or Sports.
hold a University Degree at Doctorate, Masters and Bachelor's in areas likely to significantly contribute to the development of the country.
have made significant contribution to the development of Seychelles.
Who have lived for a period of at least five years level of secondary in Seychelles, and graduated from a University and being employed for at least 2 years on Gainful Occupation Permit (GOP).
Non-Seychellois who have invested an equivalent in Seychelles Rupees of not less than US$ 1 million and have been a legal resident in Seychelles for a period of not less 1 year.
have invested of an equivalent of not less than US$ 1million and has had business association/affiliation with Seychelles for a period of not less than 5 years.
