Which documents do I need to apply for the Business /Working Visa (NM1)?

10 Document Required

Passport.
1 photo.
Birth certificate (apostilled from the Foreign Office).
University Degree and CV.
Certificate of Labour from the Ministry of Labour of the Dominican Republic, containing the Resolution No. 135 (this document must be supplied by the Dominican company).
Certificate of good conduct (apostilled from the Foreign Office).
A letter from doctor/GP stating that you are in good health.
Most recent bank statement of the bank account of the person funding the journey or proof of funds.
Application form and a letter with details of your request.
The visa fee: £450.00, (600 USD), non-refundable, payable at the time of application, either in cash, postal order or banker’s draft. We do not accept personal cheques.
