  • Contract or work letter from the Dominican company.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Business /Working Visa (NM1)?

10 Document Required

  • Passport.
  • 1 photo.
  • Birth certificate (apostilled from the Foreign Office).
  • University Degree and CV.
  • Certificate of Labour from the Ministry of Labour of the Dominican Republic, containing the Resolution No. 135 (this document must be supplied by the Dominican company).
  • Certificate of good conduct (apostilled from the Foreign Office).
  • A letter from doctor/GP stating that you are in good health.
  • Most recent bank statement of the bank account of the person funding the journey or proof of funds.
  • Application form and a letter with details of your request.
  • The visa fee: £450.00, (600 USD), non-refundable, payable at the time of application, either in cash, postal order or banker’s draft. We do not accept personal cheques.
