Foreigners who plan to get enrolled in University/College in Azerbaijan and study for long-term can apply for the visa online, which can be extended up to 1 year after the enrollment is successful.

Application Process:

Visit the website: http://eapplication.mfa.gov.az.
Register on the “Sign up” page.
Fill out the “Application form”.
Submit the application form.
Print the completed application form received by e-mail.

After the enrollment is successful, the e-visa needs to be extended.

You must have the funds to cover the course or proof of scholarship that will be covering your tuition fees.

Document Requirements for Long Term Student Visa

Copy of valid passport or valid travel document.
Holders of travel documents must submit valid permanent resident card.
Invitation letter from the University where the course is enrolled.
Proof of funds covering the tuition fees or the scolarship stating that the fees will be covered.
Proof of visa fee payment (if applicable).
Additional documents may be required depending on nationality.
