Any person that has a Work contract or agreement from an employer in Cambodia, needs to apply for the Courtesy Visa in order to legally carry out work duties. This visa can be extended beyond the initial one-month period. It is a single entry visa and is valid for 3 months before the departure date.

Normal/ordinary passport.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Courtesy Visa (C Class)?

Completed and signed Visa Application Form (1 copy).
Enclosed with one photo of passport standard (4x6 size) recently taken or at least in last 6 months.
Passport with a validity of at least 6 months remaining upon entering Cambodia and with at least 2 blank pages.
Invitation and sponsorship letter from relevant Organization in Cambodia.
Copy of valid Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of the Organization and Cambodian Government.
Work contract/work agreement.
Address and contact number in Cambodia.
Health insurance: Insurance package can be purchased from any international insurance policy provider or from FORTE Insurance Company at www.forteinsurance.com/covid-19-insurance with minimum coverage 50,000 USD.
