  • You need a valid Tourism card.
  • You need a work contract from an employer in Chile.
  • You need to pay Visa fee.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Work Visa?

6 Document Required

  • Visa application form.
  • 2 photocopies of the valid passport.
  • 2 photocopies of the valid Tourism Card.
  • 2 recent color photographs, id size (3x2cm).
  • An original work contract signed by the employer and the employee in front of a notary must be submitted, (indicating the Tax Code No) of the company or Id Card if it is a natural person).
  • Work contract must have Validity Clause, Trip Clause, Social Security Clause, Income Tax Clause.
