Which documents do I need to apply for the TEMPORARY RESIDENT - VOLUNTEER?

  • Application form.
  • Certificate of migratory movement (requirement applicable only within the country).
  • Regular immigration status (requirement applicable only within the country).
  • Original and copy of valid passport.
  • Certificate of criminal record of the country of origin or of the places where you have resided for the last 5 years –apostilled or legalized.
  • Petition of the legal representative of the NGO or institution, recognized by the State in which it indicates the activities according to the corporate name.
  • Statutes of formation of the legal entity.
  • Commitment of the entity to cover the expenses of stay.
  • Affidavit of the beneficiary providing his services free of charge and that he will not carry out other activities in relation to dependency or autonomous.
  • Appointment of legal representative registered with the corresponding national entity.
  • Agreement, decree or official registration by means of which the government of Ecuador authorizes the operation of the organization.
