  • The primary purpose of your visit must be a holiday, and work must be only its secondary purpose.
  • You must be 18–30 years of age.
  • You must have not been granted a working holiday permit in Finland before.
  • You must not be accompanied by dependents
  • You must have a return ticket or sufficient funds to purchase one.
  • You must have enough funds for your maintenance during the period of initial stay in Finland
  • You must have a valid passport.
  • You must be of good character

Which documents do I need to apply for the Finland Working Holiday Visa?

7 Document Required

  • Visa application form, completed and signed
  • One recent passport size picture
  • Proof of sufficient means of subsistence, eg. bank statements
  • Copies of document showing that you are legally staying in the country where you submit the application
  • Copies of travel health insurance
  • Copies of return ticket or sufficient means to acquire a return ticket
  • Copies of valid passport (like the bio page, past visas, etc)
