What are eligibility requirements for the Training Visa?

6 Eligibility Requirements

You should have no security objection and no known record of serious crime.
The bonafide yours and the sponsoring company should be satisfied.
The sponsoring company should be a well-established company, capable of providing the proposed training.
You must obtain a contract with the sponsoring company.
The sponsoring company guarantees in writing, about fulfilling the maintenance and repatriation of your stay and that you will receive training in the sponsor's premises until the end of the agreed period, after which you will return to your place of residence.
The proposed duration and content of the training programme should be justified.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Training Visa?

7 Document Required

Application form filled and signed (ID 992A and ID 992B).
One recent photograph.
Photocopy of Passport/travel document (Copy of resident card for Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China residents).
Copy of training contract.
Copy of Business Registration Certificate (if applicable).
Other company related documents like financial standing, business activities, business plan (if applicable).
Additional documents may be required subject to nationality.
