  • Applicant must have travel medical insurance.
  • Applicant must have sufficient means of subsistence.
  • Applicant must have clean criminal record.
  • Applicant must have contract with employer in Italy.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Italy Talent visa?

10 Document Required

  • Application Form Complete D visa application signed by the applicant.
  • Two recent passport size colored photograph (white background).
  • Passport having validity of 90 days from date of expiry of visa with 1 blank page.
  • Work contract, with the authenticated signature of the director/administrator (or the holder of the license to perform, or of the impresario/Theatre Manager or of a legal representative).
  • Appropriate professional certification issued by a public Body or qualified private institutes in the country of origin or stable residence of the foreign worker.
  • Inscription certificate of the firm in the register of enterprises.
  • Copy of the last balance sheet deposited with the register of enterprise (capital firm), or of the last declarations of revenue (firms of persons or individual enterprise), from which it is clear that amount of the revenue is sufficient to guarantee the compensation.
  • Availability of a suitable accommodation.
  • Copy of the “Dichiarazione di Responsabilita” (Declaration of Responsibility) previously issued or sent by the customer ( or by his legal representative) to the competent “sportello unico immigrazione, Servizio Ispezioni Provinciale del Lavoro”, which indicates that by virtue of the stipulated contract, no rapport of “lavoro subordinato” (subordinate work) will be established.
  • “Nulla Osta” from the territorially competent Sportello unico immigrazione.
