- You must have a valid passport/travel document
- You have worked more than one year in the said office in overseas
- You must obtain the Certificate of Eligibility from the Ministry of Justice through your Sponsor. Check link for details.
Which documents do I need to apply for the Work Visa - Intra Company Transfer?
9 Document Required
- Application form, completed and signed
- Document to prove the transfer/relocation (e.g. Letter of Appointment etc. issued and signed by the sending company)
- Document to prove your occupation, type of work/job and monthly salary for the job in Japan (e.g. Employment Agreement etc. issued and signed by sending/accepting company)
- Other documents related to the company like tax forms, balance sheet, if applicable
- Your educational certificates (as applicable)
- Proof of experience in the said company overseas for min. of 1 year
- CV/Resume
- Portrait photo (3cmx4cm)
- Additional documents may be required depending on the company/your nationality or absence of Certificate of Eligibility
