What are eligibility requirements for the Temporary Residence Permit - Employment?

3 Eligibility Requirements

Valid travel document with validity period of at least 3 months longer than the period of requested residence permit.
Employment contract, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kosovo, exceptionally the employment contract is not required from the foreigner who is the owner of the business.
Sufficient means for living which are proven through bank statement, employment contract or other evidences that proves that the foreigner has adequate means of living.

Evidence that the citizen is not convicted, and evidence that is not under investigation by the state, whose citizen is a foreigner or from a former state of residence, translated into one of the official languages in the Republic of Kosovo.
Certificate of business registration.
Evidence on education, gained qualifications, and training of the foreigner, exceptionally this condition is not required for the foreigner who is the owner of the business.
Should not have been subject to a refusal of entry into the Republic of Kosovo.
Health insurance.
Proof of vaccination in cases when a foreigner comes from a country that is declared of having epidemic status.
