  • You must have a valid passport, at least for 6 months.
  • You must have a valid employment contract from Moroccan Employer.
  • Certificate must be issued by the employer that there is no Moroccan available to fill this job post.
  • You must have the required qualification or work experience for the job offered.
  • You must have a valid entry visa while applying for your residence permit in Morocco.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Work Resident Permit?

9 Document Required

  • Valid passport and copy.
  • Passport size photographs.
  • Application form filled and signed (as applicable).
  • Qualifications and work certificates accrediting the employee’s experience.
  • Employment contract copies.
  • Certificate issued by the National Agency for the Development of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC), confirming the non-availability of any Moroccan candidates to fill the position offered to the foreign applicant.
  • Copy of the company’s articles of association (if applicable).
  • Applicant covering letter with details on the purpose of entry and stay in Morocco.
