What are eligibility requirements for the Designated Work Visa - High Skilled?

5 Eligibility Requirements

  • You must have a valid contract from the foreign company sending you to Peruvian company.
  • You must have a designated letter issued by the foreign company, legalized by the Peruvian consulate and the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • You must have the specialized knowledge relevant to the work contract.
  • You must have a valid passport.
  • Additional requirements may be present on case basis.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Designated Work Visa - High Skilled?

10 Document Required

  • Application form F-004, filled and signed.
  • Payment receipt from Banco de la Nación by processing right.
  • Copy of the contract between the foreign company and the Peruvian company, either legalized by a notary or authorized by the Peruvian immigration authority "Migraciones".
  • Designated letter, issued by the foreign company and legalized by the Peruvian consulate and the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, indicating the employee's name, activities in the Peruvian company and time period of the stay.
  • Letter from the Peruvian company that receives the service, with the indication of the type of activity and place where the service will be received, that the employee will do highly specialized work and there is no personnel available in the country.
  • Valid passport and copy.
  • Passport size photos.
  • Round trip ticket (if applicable).
  • Additional documents might be required on case basis.
  • All documents that are in a foreign language must be translated into Spanish by a Collegiate Translator.
