  • You must be accepted as an intern by a Peruvian company, approved by the higher education institution.
  • You must obtain the letter of accreditation issued by the University or foreign educational center of higher education with an indication of the time and place where you will practice.
  • You must have financial resources to fund your stay in Peru.
  • Your internship on basis of this visa should be a unpaid one.
  • You must have a valid passport.
  • Additional requirements might be present on case basis.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Peruvian Student Visa - Internship?

8 Document Required

  • Application form, filled and signed.
  • Receipt of the payment of application fee.
  • Passport valid at least 6 months and copy.
  • If you apply in Peru: valid (tourist) visa at the time of application.
  • A letter of accreditation issued by the University or foreign educational center of higher education with an indication of the time and place where you will practice, duly legalized by the Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or apostilled.
  • Proof of sufficient financial resources to fund your stay in Peru.
  • Additional documents may be required on case basis.
  • All documents that are in a foreign language must be translated into Spanish by a Collegiate Translator.
