About
Foreigners are legally required to obtain a standard work visa, where the salary requirements can be less than 2 million rubles, which provide you with full authorization to live and work in Russia. Approval of a work visa is generally subject to the applicant’s level of work experience. The standard work visa is usually issued for 12 months and renewable every 12 months.
The processing time for a Work visa may take from 8-10 weeks from the application day.

- You must have a passport valid no less than 18 months after the start of the visa
- You must have the required skills or experience regarding the job offered.
- You must have a valid employment contract.
- You must have a work visa invitation letter from Russian employer
- You should be of good character and health; with negative HIV test results of recent 3 months
- You may be asked for additional requirements based on your nationality.
