  • You need a detailed business Startup Plan
  • You need Patent, Utility Model Registration Card, Design Registration Card Copy or Intellectual Property Right Permission (for respective candidate only)
  • You need proof of OASIS program completion (for a respective candidate only)

  • A photo in a standard format
  • Copies of valid passport
  • Education Certificates
  • Technology/Business Startup Plan
  • Application Certificate such as a Letter of Patent, Utility Model Registration Card, Design Registration Card Copy or Intellectual Property Right Permission (for respective candidate only)
  • OASIS program completion certificate or participation confirmation letter (for a respective candidate only)
  • The head of Korean diplomatic missions abroad may request for additional documents depending on the condition of the country of residence/jurisdiction if it is deemed necessary for visa evaluation
