  • You need a passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Your business should be registered
  • You need an invitation or employment contract
  • You need employment recommendation from a respective government department

Which documents do I need to apply for the Korea Athlete Visa?

  • Visa Application Form (Form No. 17)
  • A photo in a standard format
  • A copy of Business Registration Certificate
  • A copy of employment contract
  • An employment recommendation letter from a respective government department or any documents proving the necessity of the employment
  • An employment recommendation letter of a professional athlete/coach/judge from the hiring company or association
  • If a representative is hired, he/she must submit a Power of Attorney from an applicant, his/her employment certificate and A copy of ID Card
  • The head of Immigration Office may request for additional documents if it is deemed necessary to review the purpose of entry, validity of an invitation, and qualification of an inviting organization or an invitee
