5 Eligibility Requirements

  • You must have a passport which is valid for at least 3 months after your visa expires.
  • You must have an invitation from the company or the organisation arranging the conference.
  • You must have sufficient funds to cover your stay and journey back to your home country (min of SEK 450 for each day).
  • You must a travel medical insurance worth min EUR 30,000 (US$34,78).

5 Document Required

  • Complete application with all information recorded, as requested.
  • 2 passport photographs in which you are looking straight ahead and which are not more than 6 months old.
  • An invitation – a letter – from the company or the organisation arranging the conference.
  • Power of Attorney form in case you want someone else to represent you in the Migration Agency.
  • Other documents as requested by the Embassy.
