  • You must have a valid passport/travel document.
  • You must be enrolled in a recognized education institution in Tanzania.
  • You must have proof of yellow fever vaccination.
  • In case of minors, obtain authorization letter from parents/guardian.
  • You must obtain the letter of acceptance from the educational institution.

  • TIF1 Forms duly filled in and copies.
  • Copy of passport authenticating nationality and validity of passport (all pages).
  • Covering letter from School addressed to Immigration Department.
  • Identification card issued by institution of learning.
  • A letter of acceptance into the school program/Admission letter from educational institution.
  • Payment slips.
  • Recent coloured passport size photos.
  • Proof of yellow fever vaccination.
  • Authorization letter jointly signed by parents or legal guardians approving the minor to travel (in cases of students under eighteen years of age).
  • Copy of the entry visa.
