You must have a valid passport/travel document.
You must be enrolled in a recognized education institution in Tanzania.
You must have proof of yellow fever vaccination.
In case of minors, obtain authorization letter from parents/guardian.
You must obtain the letter of acceptance from the educational institution.

TIF1 Forms duly filled in and copies.
Copy of passport authenticating nationality and validity of passport (all pages).
Covering letter from School addressed to Immigration Department.
Identification card issued by institution of learning.
A letter of acceptance into the school program/Admission letter from educational institution.
Payment slips.
Recent coloured passport size photos.
Proof of yellow fever vaccination.
Authorization letter jointly signed by parents or legal guardians approving the minor to travel (in cases of students under eighteen years of age).
Copy of the entry visa.
