  • Tax Clearance Certificate and payment slips (as applicable).
  • Certificate of Registration (TIN & VAT).
  • Company Initial Capital (For New Company).
  • Sectorial Approval from any relevant Ministry (TBS,TFDA) and Professional Registration from Recognized Board (CRB,ERB etc.).
  • Current Status for Shareholders and Directors from BRELA.
  • Organization Structure.
  • Application Form (TIF 1).
  • Full copy of passport pages and passport size photos.
  • Academic Certificates and CV.
  • Contract of Employment with job description.
  • Letter of No Objection from previous Employer.
  • Residence Permit Data Sheet.
  • Copy of work permit.
  • Covering letter from the applicant.
  • Any other document as may be needed by Commissioner General of Immigration.
