What are the benefits of acquiring the Portugal Digital Nomad Visa?

Applying for a long-term temporary residency visa has benefits compared to staying on a tourist visa and leaving Schengen for 180 days to be allowed to come back.

1. Legal Residency: The visa provides a legal framework for digital nomads to reside in Portugal for an extended period, typically up to one year. You can truly live the culture, explore its diverse landscapes, and experience surrounding countries.

2. Access to Schengen Area: Portugal is a member of the Schengen Area, comprising 26 European countries with open borders. The Portugal Digital Nomad Visa grants you access to travel within the Schengen Area without needing additional visas or border checks. Explore neighboring countries during your stay in Portugal!

3. High Quality of Life: Portugal is renowned for its blend of modern infrastructure, rich history, captivating architecture, delicious cuisine, and welcoming atmosphere.

4. Thriving Digital Nomad Community: Portugal is a digital nomad hub. Grow your network in the community of like-minded individuals, work from co-working spaces, and attend meetups.
