Enrollment certificate from the college/university

Copy of tourist visa, in case proceeding with application inside Egypt

Proof of financial means to cover the studies or Scholarship evidence

Proof of application fees and Photos, as applicable

Additional documents might be required and will be notified to you by your college/university in Egypt

You must get security approval from the business support office, for the issue of your student permit

You must have sufficient funds to cover your stay in Egypt or a scholarship which states that your tuition fees will be supported

You must be enrolled in an Egyptian college/university and receive the enrollment certificate from them

Additional requirements might be notified to you by your respective college/university in Egypt

Two copies of employers incorporation contract

Two copies of academic qualifications (university degrees etc.)

Copy of commercial register from employer

Licences required for practicing profession, if applicable

Letter from employer detailing why it was necessary to hire a foreigner

Approval from relevant authority related to profession, if applicable

A representative from employer who will sponsor the work permit

Approval from State Security Service in Egypt

Additional requirements may be present which will be notified to you by your employer 

You must have a valid job contract secured from an Egyptian employer

You will need to get a security clearance from the State Security Service in Egypt

You must be of good health and able to provide evidence on it, including HIV test results

You must enter Egypt on a valid visa and then continue with the application process. Please check with your employer and embassy for more details.

You must have the necessary qualifications and work experience needed for the job offered, as applicable

The employer must initiate the application detailing the purpose of hiring a foreigner instead of a local employee
