Copies of healthcare Insurance in Ukraine

Copies of proof of sufficient means of subsistence, eg. bank statements

Applicant must have a valid Canadian passport valid for the duration of stay in Ukraine.

Applicant must be between the ages of 18 and 35

Applicant must have sufficient funds for living expense in Ukraine. 

Applicant must not be accompanied by children or dependents

Applicant must have a round-trip ticket or financial resources to purchase a departure ticket at the end of stay in Ukraine.

Applicant must have health insurance for the duration of the stay in Ukraine

A copy of draft of employment agreement, certified by employer

Documents confirming power of representative of employer for application on behalf of employee

Additional documents may be required and all documents should be translated into ukranian

Your work permit application will be submitted by the employer in Ukraine

You need an employment agreement, certified by employer

Your salary should fall into the category defined by the Ukrainian law

Original invitation letter from education institute.

Proof of sufficient funds (bank statement, etc).

Official bank documents confirming full payment of tuition fees (for students coming to Ukraine for the first time).

Complete Higher Secondary School Certificate (including mark sheet) or a notarized copy.

All documents should be translated into Ukrainian.
