Letter of offer of employment in Zimbabwe by the prospective employer indicating the capacity in which applicant is to be employed and salary and conditions of service.

Letter from the prospective employer requesting a Temporary Employment Permit stating the period required.

Documentary evidence in English of qualifications and experience in the proposed occupation i.e. certified copies of degrees, diplomas, certificates, and testimonials.

2 recently taken full-face passport size photos of the applicant. (Both to be certified at the back as a true likeness of the applicant).

Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable).

You need a passport valid for at least 6 months.

You need an offer of employment in Zimbabwe by the prospective employer.

You need proof of qualifications and experience.

You can work within the confines of the granted employment capacity.

Fully completed Residence Permit application forms in duplicate.

A written application letter by the prospective investor stating the project proposal.

Zimbabwe Investment Authority certificate of approval.

Certificate of incorporation form the Registrar of Companies.

Local bank statement for the funds transferred.

Bill of lading or Customs clearance papers for the importation of capital equipment.

You need approval from Zimbabwe Investment Authority.

You need to invest not less than US$100,000.00.

Certified copy of applicant’s birth certificate.

A letter of offer of a place to study signed by the Head of the College stating course of study and anticipated period in hours of attendance per day should be reflected if applicant is attending an Independent College. Please note that a student should at least attend lessons for not less than five hours per day.

A sworn affidavit or notarized letter from the applicant’s parents appointing a local resident as the guardian to the applicant, if the applicant is below the age of 18.

A letter from the parent’s bank confirming that the parents can afford to pay school fees for the child in foreign currency.

A non-refundable statutory fee of US$200.00 or the equivalent in acceptable currency must be paid on submission of application. Note: the statutory fee is subject to review.

A valid radiological certificate confirming freedom from active pulmonary tuberculosis.

Documentary proof of accommodation arrangement if applicant is not accommodated at his or her learning institution.

2 full face passport size photographs certified true likeness.

You need to enroll in an educational institute in Zimbabwe.

You need sufficient funds to cover stay period in Zimbabwe.

You need proof of accommodation arrangement.

You need a local resident as the guardian if you are below the age of 18.

A non refundable statutory fee of US$500.00 on submission of application.

In the case of married couples, divorcees and widows, marriage, divorce, and death certificates are required respectively.

A valid Radiological Certificate confirming the applicant is free from active pulmonary tuberculosis is required.

You need to live in Zimbabwe for a continuous period o five years on a residence permit or on a dependent residence permit.

Applications are not considered while applicants are in the country.
