Enrollment document for the course you are going to join.

Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay during the course of this visa.

A document similar to an extract from the records of the Penal Register (upon request).

Proof of possession of travel medical insurance and, also proof certifying that the premiums have been paid (upon request).

A document confirming satisfaction of the requirements of measures for preventing the introduction of infectious disease (upon request).

You must have confirmation of enrollment from the university/school you intend to study at.

You must have accommodation in Czech Republic to cover your stay.

You must have sufficient funds to cover your stay.

You must apply at the Czech Embassy/Consulate of your country of residence or home country and collect your visa from the center you have applied at.

A document confirming the entry into the pertinent business register, list or record.

Proof of funds like bank account statement with your name as account holder with an amount minimum of  101.000 CZK.

A document similar to an extract from the Penal Register record, issued by the state of which you are a citizen, as well as the states in which, in the last 3 years, you have resided continuously for a period longer than 6 months. (Can provide signed affidavit in the event that this state does not issue such a document). Submit if requested. 

A document proving the fulfilment of conditions set out in the measure of Ministry of Health on prevention of the spread of infectious illnesses (if requested).

Proof of medical insurance (when requested).

You must prove sufficient funds (min of  101,000 CZK).

You must have an accommodation in Czech Republic to stay during the course of visa.

You must be able to prove your purpose of stay in documentation.
