You must be an intra-company transferred manager, specialist or employed intern who holds an intra-company employee transfer residence permit issued by a different EU member state.

You should not be an applicant for long-term residence moving for the purpose of research.

You must have specialized knowledge that is fundamental for the area of operations, procedures or management of the commercial corporation or subsidiary and who also has the required level of qualification and professional experience and, if applicable, is a member of a professional association.

You must, have duly completed higher education, transferred to a commercial corporation or subsidiary based in the Czech Republic for the purpose of career development or training in the field of commercial techniques and methods and receive payment of a salary or wage for the duration of your transfer.

A passport not older than 10 years, with at least 2 blank pages and valid for another 1.5 years.

Proof of accommodation arranged for at least 1 year.

Proof of enough funds in your bank account. 

When collecting your visa, you need to show proof of health insurance. 

The Ministry of Immigration might required your Criminal Background Check apostilled before arriving in the Czech Republic.

All documents must be officially translated to Czech.

Attend to an Embassy or Consulate interview for the visa.

Have at least 149000 CZK or 6100USD in your bank account.

A document confirming the entry into the pertinent business register, list or record.

Proof of funds like bank account statement with your name as account holder with an amount minimum of  101.000 CZK.

A document similar to an extract from the Penal Register record, issued by the state of which you are a citizen, as well as the states in which, in the last 3 years, you have resided continuously for a period longer than 6 months. (Can provide signed affidavit in the event that this state does not issue such a document). Submit if requested. 

A document proving the fulfilment of conditions set out in the measure of Ministry of Health on prevention of the spread of infectious illnesses (if requested).

Proof of medical insurance (when requested).

You must prove sufficient funds (min of  101,000 CZK).

You must have an accommodation in Czech Republic to stay during the course of visa.

You must be able to prove your purpose of stay in documentation.
