Form 8/ form 13/ form 14 (obtained from Registrar of Companies).

Company profile/business plan (as applicable).

Current Bank Statement certified by the bank.

You can invest in an existing company or establish a new one.

You must list your assets (as applicable).

You must have evidence of financial sustainability.

You must have the relevant business profile/experience (as applicable).

You must be of good health and provide evidence.
