You must be willing sign an antecedents certificate providing information on your clean criminal record.

After having arrived in the Netherlands, you must be willing to undergo a medical test for tuberculosis.

You must collaborate with a reliable and experienced facilitator.

The product or the service you planning to provide should be innovative.

You, as the start-up entrepreneur must have a step-by-step plan in order to move from idea to business.

The start-up entrepreneur and the facilitator should both be registered in the Trade register of the Chamber of Commerce.

You must have sufficient funds to be able to reside in the Netherlands.
