Copies of valid passport (like the bio page, past visas, etc)

Copies of flight ticket (incl. return ticket, or proof of sufficient funds to purchase such ticket)

Applicant must hold Taiwan passport valid for more than twelve (12) months upon arrival in Hungary

Applicant must have the primary intention to enjoy a holiday in Hungary, with employment or study being an incidental intention

Applicant must be aged between eighteen (18) and thirty-five (35) years, both inclusive, at the time of application

Applicant must not be accompanied by dependents

Applicant must have a ticket for departure from Hungary, or sufficient funds to purchase such a ticket.

Applicant must have enough funds for maintenance during the period of initial stay in Hungary

You must have comprehensive health insurance in Hungary

Applicant must have not availed the working holiday visa before

Application for Residence Permit, Completed and signed.

DOCUMENTS EVIDENCING THE PURPOSE OF RESIDENCE: Credible proof that the applicant is seeking employment or launching a business in Hungary.

DOCUMENTS IN PROOF OF MEANS OF SUBSISTENCE IN HUNGARY: A statement from a Hungarian or foreign financial institution concerning the applicant’s bank account; An income certificate issued by the tax authority for the previous year; An income certificate issued by the employer; A certificate issued by the employer and/or tax authority evidencing regular income received from abroad or other reliable means.

Enclosed with the application for residence permit for the purpose of job-searching or entrepreneurship the applicant shall provide proof of having access to comprehensive health insurance services (in particular on the basis of specific other legislation on the social security system, international agreement, or under specific agreement), or that he/she has the necessary financial resources to cover the costs of such services.

Applicants of residence permit for the purpose of job-searching or entrepreneurship are required to indicate in the application form a genuine Hungarian address as a place of accommodation. For the notification no separate document is required.

During the process, the immigration authority may request further documents, apart from the mandatory enclosures, for ascertaining the relevant facts of the case, and may take further procedural steps as well. The administrative time limit shall not include the length of time between the receipt of the notice for remedying deficiencies until the time of compliance.

Applicant must be able prove that the applicant is seeking employment.

Applicant must have sufficient means of subsistence in Hungary.

Applicant must have comprehensive health insurance.

Applicant must have genuine Hungarian address as a place of accommodation.

Applicant travel document must be valid for at least 3 additional months beyond the date of expiry of the residence permit.
