Dubai has an amazing digital nomad visa called Work Remotely from Dubai program. This Dubai Digital Nomad visa gives you access to all services such as telecommunications, utilities, health and education through the virtual work program. Take advantage of Dubai's extensive and fluid digital infrastructure, international networking opportunities and freedom from personal income tax.


Through the program, you have access to all the normal services that residents enjoy, such as communications, utilities, and education. You will have access to a multinational workforce of more than 200 different qualified nationalities. Please note that paying the administration fee will not guarantee acceptance of your application. Depending on your citizenship, the application service required, and whether you are applying from the UAE or overseas, any future fees may differ. The program is also open for application in Dubai.

What are eligibility requirements for the Dubai Digital Nomad Visa?

2 Eligibility Requirements

  • For employees: proof of employment from a current employer with a one-year contract validity, a minimum of US$5,000 per month salary, last month's payslip and 3 preceding months’ bank statements.
  • For business owners: proof of ownership of the company for one year or more, with an average monthly income of US$5,000 per month and 3 preceding months’ bank statements.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Dubai Digital Nomad Visa?

5 Document Required

  • A valid health insurance covering your residency in the UAE.
  • Earn a salary of minimum US$5,000 per month.
  • Provide the salary slip for the last month and bank statements for the preceding 3 months.
  • Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity.
  • Provide proof of employment with a contract valid for 1 year from your current employer or proof of company ownership.
