Intra Company Visa - Managers & Specialists

Intra-corporate transfer is the temporary transfer for work or training of a third country national for a period exceeding 90 days by an undertaking or group established in a third country to an entity belonging to the undertaking or to the same group and established in the EU and includes the mobility of third country nationals between companies of the same group based on one or more second Member States of the EU.

Procedure:

• Gather the required documents
• Submit the application and the documents to the Central Offices of the Civil Registry and Migration Department.
• The application for long-term mobility permit may be submitted when the transferee is abroad or when her/he is in Cyprus for short-term mobility. It is submitted by the company in Cyprus (employer) at the central offices of the Civil Registry and Migration Department. Fees as determined by a Decree of the Minister of Interior are payable.

Duration:

A third-country national may be intra-corporately transferred to the EU for a period which cannot, in any case, exceed the following period:

• Managers: 3 years
• Specialists: 3 years
