  • You must have confirmation of enrollment from the university/school you intend to study at.
  • You must have accommodation in Czech Republic to cover your stay.
  • You must have sufficient funds to cover your stay.
  • You must apply at the Czech Embassy/Consulate of your country of residence or home country and collect your visa from the center you have applied at.

Which documents do I need to apply for the Long Stay Student Visa?

  • Application form, filled and signed.
  • Valid travel document (original).
  • 1 photograph corresponding to the foreign national's current appearance.
  • A document on accommodation during the stay in the territory for this visa.
  • Enrollment document for the course you are going to join.
  • Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay during the course of this visa.
  • A document similar to an extract from the records of the Penal Register (upon request).
  • Proof of possession of travel medical insurance and, also proof certifying that the premiums have been paid (upon request).
  • A document confirming satisfaction of the requirements of measures for preventing the introduction of infectious disease (upon request).
